1. Eligibility

• The challenge is open to all individuals aged 18 and above. Employees of Linda Turner Interiors and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Registration

• Participants must register for the challenge through the official website by 31st October 2024. Late entries will not be accepted.

3. Submission Requirements

• Each participant can submit only one cushion design.
• The design must be original and solely created by the participant.
• Submissions must include one high-resolution photograph of the finished cushion and a brief description of the design inspiration and materials used.
• The image is to be posted on the Private Facebook group 'Curtain & Blind Making Network' with the hashtag #LTIChallenge.

4. Submission Deadline

• All entries must be submitted by 31st October 2024. Entries received after this date will not be considered.

5. Judging

• Submissions will be judged based on creativity, originality, craftsmanship, and overall aesthetic appeal.
• Linda Turner of Linda Turner Interiors with be the sole judge of the challenge, the decision made by Linda Turner will be final.

6. Prizes

• Prizes will be awarded to the top three designs as chosen by Linda Turner.
  First place: FREE Access to the video course on how to make pencil-pleat curtians value £300,
  plus a FREE 1 hour one-on-one session, via video call only, with Linda Turner the course instructor.
  
  Second Place: 80% Discount voucher for the Pencil-pleat curtain course & the Roman blind course
  
  Third Place:80% Discount voucher for the Roman blind course.

• Prizes are non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives.

7. Intellectual Property

• Participants retain ownership of their designs, but by entering the challenge, they grant Linda Turner Interiors a royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, publish, and display their designs in all media for promotional purposes.

8. Participant Conduct

• Participants agree to conduct themselves in a manner that is courteous and respectful to other participants and organisers. Linda Turner Interiors reserves the right to disqualify any participant found engaging in unacceptable behavior.

9. Disqualification

• Linda Turner Interiors reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these terms, or if the participant is found to have engaged in fraudulent or dishonest behavior.

10. Liability

• Linda Turner Interiors is not responsible for any personal injury or damage to property that may occur as a direct or indirect result of participation in the challenge.

11. Changes to the Competition

• Linda Turner Interiors reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the competition if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.

12. Acceptance of Terms

• Participation in the challenge constitutes the participant's full and unconditional agreement to these terms and conditions.
